Bellara’s ‘Sylvia Wing’ holds a handful of Studio Apartments reserved especially for NDIS Plan Managed Participants. These rooms are located at the front of our main building and ideal for a single resident. These Apartments feature built-in wardrobes, plus a private ensuite and kitchenette. In addition to the amenities in your room, all village residents have access to Bellara’s Internet Cafe, Library, Billiards table, various courtyards & the mobile Hair & Beauty salon who visits once a fortnight.

Double Room Supportive Care Apartment

Our Village holds 10 double room Supportive Care Apartments. Designed for couples who need Supportive Care but still want to live together, or for an individual who would prefer extra space. This room has potential to be used as a two bedroom apartment, or as a 1 bedroom apartment with separate lounge & dining area. Our rooms feature built-in wardrobes & a private ensuite, as well as a Kitchenette & potential for a Living Room.

As well as this, all Supportive Care residents have access to Bellara’s Internet Cafe, Library, Billiards table, courtyards & the mobile Hair & Beauty salon who visits once a fortnight. Above all, Bellara take resident comfort and health seriously, so we have qualified care staff or our Registered Nurse on duty 24 hours a day. Also,an emergency Call Bell System is installed in every apartment, so help is at the press of a button.

Bellara is located across the road from Newton Central shopping Centre and down the road from Paradise Interchange. Our Retirement Village is lucky enough to have public transport on our doorstep, as well as a range of grocery stores and restaurants like Cafe` Settebello within walking distance.

Located throughout Bellara’s grounds, our 2 bedroom Independent Retirement Villa’s are perfect for a couple who want to have peace of mind knowing they live within a centrally located complex with Care Staff on duty 24 hours a day. Bellara Village welcome you to enjoy enjoy peace & quiet during your retirement. We have a Registered Nurse on-sight during office hours, as well as care staff who stay overnight & on weekends in case of emergency.
