Bellara’s ‘Sylvia Wing’ holds a handful of Studio Apartments reserved especially for NDIS Plan Managed Participants. These rooms are located at the front of our main building and ideal for a single resident. These Apartments feature built-in wardrobes, plus a private ensuite and kitchenette. In addition to the amenities in your room, all village residents have access to Bellara’s Internet Cafe, Library, Billiards table, various courtyards & the mobile Hair & Beauty salon who visits once a fortnight.

Feel at ease knowing Bellara have qualified care staff or our Registered Nurse on duty 24 hours a day, as well as an emergency Call Bell System installed in every apartment and shared space within our main building.

Undoubtedly located within a perfect suburb & opposite Newton Central Shopping Centre which means a trip to the shops, National Pharmacy, or the Newsagency, is just a short walk across the road. Additionally, any NDIS participant will find our complex is also in close proximity to multiple Cafe’s & Smallgoods store’s, Public Parks, & the North Eastern Hospital.
